How can I cancel my order?

We recommend you need to be sure before ordering any product on CHA Palace or affiliate partner websites. However, in the advent of a thoughtful order cancellation plan, you may do so by sending an email immediately after the transaction.

For orders, where shipment process has been initiated, we may not cancel as the product would be packaged and handed over to the logistics partner for delivery and would be practically not possible to recall.

How do I get my money refunded?

Since the product you order is very unique in nature, considering your special taste or preference for the best teas and is packaged in the best production environment and to ensure the aroma, product quality or flavors intact, we do not recommend a refund.

We recommend you to kindly read the Tea type, Process to prepare the best Tea before using our product. However, if there is a situation wherein you have no choice other than to get a refund, we would offer you a credit / or a replacement.
